The quote is saying that being successful is not an accident you choose to become successful. That its not just saying one day you do something and become successful no you choose become successful you work hard. That the habits you have like being lazy and not working hard you will not be that successful and it will not par up with your dream in what you want to become. But if you worked hard your not lazy there is a grater chance you will be successful and it will par up with what you want to be or do in life or what you want so success is not a accident you choose to be and work hard for is.
