This quote is saying that the answer to be successful is to treat people you want to be treated and that you are going to be committed to do your best at anything and that you will always do the right thing for people can trust you because they will know taht you are a very committed person to what you have to do and do your best at anything also that you are going to treat everyone the way you would like to be treated and that you will always do the right thing. If you do all of those things you will not fail. Like for example if your boss from work ask you to work on a paper for work and he or she wants all the work done by next week and you are committede to do it and you do your very best there is no way they atre going to get mad because you were committed to your job assignment and you did your best your boss is going to trust you to do stuff for them. And you would like to be treated in a nice way so you should also treat people in a nice way you should treat people like how you would like to be treated.
