What this quote is saying that if you do what is right evryday and evrytime you will not have to fear that you are going to get in trouble. For example, if you do what your mom or dad told you to do you will not need to fear that you are going to trouble but if you didn't do what they told you to do you end up feeling fear because you might get in trouble. Another example is that if one of your friends does drugs and you do it with him you are going to fear that you are going to get in trouble with your mom or dad or even with the cops but if you refused to do it you will not have to fear about anything.
